Non-Disclosure Agreement

5-Year NDA for Empire Command Center Access

1. Confidentiality Obligation

You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, business strategies, and non-public information disclosed by Empire Command Center ("Company") for a period of 5 years from the date of access.

2. Permitted Use

Confidential information may only be used for the purpose of evaluating or conducting business with the Company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or disclosure is prohibited.

3. Exclusions

Information that is publicly available, independently developed, or legally required to be disclosed is excluded from this agreement.

4. Term

This NDA is effective immediately and remains in force for 5 years, or as otherwise required by law.

5. Return of Information

Upon request or termination, all confidential information must be returned or destroyed in accordance with the Company's instructions.

6. No License

This agreement grants no license or rights to any intellectual property owned by the Company.

7. Remedies

Breach of this agreement may result in injunctive relief and damages as permitted by law.

I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with this 5-year Non-Disclosure Agreement.
